While the atmosphere was serene and peaceful, the breakfast could have been improved with hotter coffee, and serving it on the terrace would have enhanced the experience significantly. Overall, an enjoyable stay with professional and friendly staff.

The mattress in the suite felt noticeably firm, making it less comfortable for a good night's sleep, especially for those who prefer softer bedding. Plus, the garden furniture could use some sprucing up. it appeared tired and in need of cleaning, which marred the first impression upon arrival. The bathroom, while decently sized, had some features that felt dated, like the draped shower curtain and the uneven water spray—a touch of renovation would elevate the experience a notch higher.

The place feels like a dream with subtle and chic decor. The garden and restaurant are stunning. I loved the attentiveness of the professional staff, who have a great sense of humor. The food was equally divine, and I was impressed with the creative menu. The only downside was the mattress. it felt a little too hard for my taste. But it was just one night, so I managed. The swimming pool was closed, which felt like a missed chance for relaxation. Would be nice to have breakfast in the beautiful garden to enhance the experience.

The Suite "Lucréce" was really spacious and traditional, with nice decor and a decent layout. It was bright and had its own private garden, which was a great spot to chill. The historical vibe added a nice touch too, especially knowing Charles de Gaulle had slept in that very bed. However, the bathroom felt a bit outdated, and there was an annoying hum that made it hard to sleep.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a lovely restaurant, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me print my boarding pass, which I appreciate. I'll return for a romantic escape!

Though the shower didn't quite cooperate, at least I didn't have to worry about my singing echoing loudly! And, good luck navigating the car park—it’s like a treasure hunt!
